October in New England

If you’ve followed my blog at all, you know how much I adore autumn in New England. We had snow flurries today and there is now snow atop the mountains behind our house. I feel so incredibly blessed to able to live here and so thankful to the Lord for the beauty He created! My heart is full.

When the smallest breeze
Gives us a shower
Of autumn leaves.
Bonfires and pumpkins,
Leaves sailing down -
October is red
And golden and brown."
